Abstract

This research works son communication between organization culture indicators and productivity of experts of physical education and staff managers of head office of physical education for girls and boys. 77 managers (about %70 of the society under study) answered the questionnaires and participated in the reseach. The instruments are organizational culture and productivity questionaires . Statistical analysis of the data indicated that there is a meaningful communication between organizational culture and productivity of physical education managers in all parts of the country. Also, there is a meaningful communication between organizatinal culture indicators which are creativity, risk-raking, conducting, supporting, integrating , coordination, control, identity, reward system and adaptation with conflict, and productivity. Only one of the organizational culture indicators-communication patterns-doesn’t have a meaningful communication.
