occupational stress. The purpose of this research was to evaluate this phenomonon at two levels: organizational (Over seven factors) and managerial (over eight
factors), parameters such as age, gender, education level, years on the job, etc. Were considered in 91 subjects who are heads of physical- education organizations, These
91 managers completed the Spielberger standard questionnaire and the data was analyzed using the spearman and correlation coefficient and the mann- withney test,
and will Coxin correlation coefficent. The results indicate this is good correlation between organizational occupational stress and managerial occupational stress
(P < 0.001). Factors such as bonuses, and development of human resources were among the highest stress factors. Also factors such as quality of work, dedication and
