In order to studying the effect of consumption of 2 regimes of Vitam C (100 and 200 miligram) on aerobic (VOy max) and anaerobic power 60 college students (male). Were selected non- randomly. And they were set in 3 groups randomly. From this number, only 51 of them were admited in the final stages of statistical analysis. Average of age, weight and high of them was 22.5f 57 centimeter respectively. The period considered for consumption of Vitamin C by experimental groups was a seven
day period that in this period the first group consumed dose of 100 m.g and second group 200 m.g of vitamin C daily and the third group (control group) consumed placebo. The test which have been exerted in this research consist of:
1) Assessment of aerobic power by astrand step test.
2) Assessment of anaerobic power by sarjent vertical jump.
finally data in 3 group was analyzed by one - way ANOV A statistical method.
Results indicated that there is not a signi ficant (P:50.05) difference. between 3 groups in aerobic and anarobic power. There fore we concluded that daily consumption of amount of 100 or 200 m.g Vitamin C for a period of one week does not have any effect on the basis of improvement of aerobic and anaerobic power of male college students.
