The dominant culture or atmosphere in the organization accounts for its life style. Shaping and directing organizational culture can lead to increased productivity
for the organization. This research aims to scrutinize factors involved in the organizational culture and look into the relationship between its indicators with
productivity of the managers in the Islamic Republic of Iran's Physical Education organization. Some eighty one managers took part in this field study by answering
two guestionnaires on organizational culture and productivity. In the preliminary study, the reliability coefficient of the guestionnaires were rerified with a five percent
degree of error. In addition to procedares used in descriptive statistics, the non-parameter test of spearman correlation coefficient and the K-Score method have been vtilized. An analysis of the findings signifies that a meaningful
relationship holds between organizational culture and the managers' productivity (P
relationship with the other factors (P>O/5). No relationship was witnessed between idiosyncratic features such as age, level of education and professional background,
and organizational culture as well as with the managers' productivity (P>O/5
