(especially local fat) and maintaining the body in a state of physiccal fitness.

This research involved as subjects 30 women aged 28 to 40 years, who underwent two months of special training, Blood samples were taken before training,
after one training session and after two months Urine and feces samples were taken before training and after two months of training. All data were analyzed by F- and
T- Tests. Results showed that doing exercise with weight reduction belt had a significant effect on lowering local fat and total fat after training (p
levels also showed significant difference before and after training (P<0.05), Cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL levels in blood showed no significant difference.
