		<Abstract>The purpose of this research is to study and investigate characteristis of Extroversion and Introversion also to identify and analyze stress factors in working environment of the physical education teachers in Region to of Tehran Education and Training Organization. The Statistical Community of the research includes all the teachers of 3 educational grades (elementary, guidance school, high school). The community is the same as the statistical sample. 112 teachers answered to the sent questionnaires. The research method is descriptiue and in the form of measurement. 1 Thpes of Questionnaires were used . the personal characteristics of extroversion and introversion questionnnaire provided by Eyezang and the occupational stress of physical education teachers provided by GolabL The 2 questionnaires enjoy a high level of validity and appropriateness. Considering the information and ther resulting data as qualitatiue, non-parametric tests kandal correlation coefficient, u-man- Whitney test, etc.</Abstract>
