Method of research is quasi experimental in which different training methods contain: mental practice, physical practice, mental + physical practice, physical + mental practice as independent variables and serial reaction time variations as the dependent variable. 60 male students with age range of 19-26 were randomly selected and randomly assigned to 5 groups and each group had 12 students: mental practice group, physical practice group, mental + physical group, physical + mental group and control group. According to training schedule, the groups exercised for 20 sessions, 20 blocks and 36 trials each session. Physical practice group performed the training schedule without knowing repetition stimulus arrangement in three section task. Mental practice group performed the training stimulus arrangement in three section task. Mental practice group performed the training schedule mental practice with knowing repetition stimulus arrangement task. Mental + physical group performed mental training first and then physical training. Physical + mental group performed physical training first and then mental training. Subjects of the control group did not do any exercise but experienced the related tests. They first were pretested. After the completion of the exercise period (20 sessions), acquisition tests just like the pretest to analyze data were kolomogorov – smironov test, paired T test , two way ANOVA and Turkey follow up test. The result of analysis showed that mental practice had no significant effect on serial reaction time. Using Turkey test, significant differences were seen among the different composed mental + physical and physical + mental methods of practice on serial reaction time.}, keywords = {Physical Practice,Mental Practice,Serial Reaction Time,Frequency Sequence}, title_fa = {اثر شیوه‌های مختلف تمرین ذهنی بر زمان واکنش زنجیره‌ای}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر برای بررسی اثر شیوه‌های مختلف تمرین ذهنی بر زمان واکنش زنجیره‌ای دانشجویان انجام شد. به همین منظور 60 آزمودنی با دامنة سنی 19 تا 26 سال به صورت تصادفی به 5 گروه 12 نفری همگن شامل گروه‌های تمرین ذهنی، تمرین بدنی (تمرین ذهنی + تمرین بدنی)، (تمرین بدنی + تمرین ذهنی)‌ و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. روش تحقیق از نوع نیمه‌تجربی بود. گروه‌ها غیر از گروه کنترل تمرین‌ها را 20 جلسه، هر جلسه 20 بلوک 36 تکرار انجام دادند. برنامة تمرینی گروه بدنی به صورت بدنی و گروه ذهنی به صورت ذهنی اجرا شد. برنامه تمرینی گروه ترکیب (ذهنی + بدنی) نخست به صورت ذهنی و سپس به صورت بدنی و گروه ترکیب (بدنی + ذهنی) ابتدا بدنی و سپس ذهنی اجرا شد. گروه کنترل نیز بدون فعالیت در آزمایشگاه حضور داشتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری کلموگروف – اسمیرنوف، آزمون زوج‌ها، تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تمرین ذهنی و بدنی هر کدام به صورت مجزا بر کاهش زمان واکنش زنجیره‌ای اثر معنی‌داری دارند که در گروه بدنی این کاهش بارزتر بود. همچنین در گروه ترکیب، اثر معنی‌داری بر زمان واکنش زنجیره‌ای مشاهده شد که کاهش زمان واکنش در گروه (ذهنی + بدنی) بیشتر بود.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین ذهنی,تمرین بدنی,توالی تکراری و زمان واکنش زنجیره‌ای}, url = {https://joh.ut.ac.ir/article_19106.html}, eprint = {https://joh.ut.ac.ir/article_19106_66c827ddf445a3a5949d453e290231c8.pdf} }
