They were invited to the weight-training hall in kooy of University of Tehran and performed 4 sessions of bench press every 8 hours. In the first session, one repetition maximum (1 RM, was measured. From the second to the fourth session, 4 vets of bench press with 75% 1RM up to voluntary exhustion along with inactive rest intervals including I to 3 ratio of work to rest, 60% maximum heart rate and 3 minutes rest were practiced. Data showed: There is a significant difference among rest intervals with 1 to 3 ratio of work to rest, 60% maximum heart rate and 3 minutes rest (p = 0.00). There is a significant difference between bench press performance and the three mentioned rest intervals (p =0.00). Three minute-rest intervals have better effect on the performance of bench press (p =0.00).}, keywords = {Maximum Heart Rate,One Repetition Maximum (IRM),Period,Ratio of Work to rest,Trained Students}, title_fa = {تاثیر سه دوره بازیافت ( تناوب استراحتی ) گوناگون بر اجرای پرس سینه دانشجویان ورزیده}, abstract_fa = {}, keywords_fa = {دوره,ضربان قلب بیشینه,نسبت کار به استراحت,ورزشکار ورزیده,یک تکرار بیشینه}, url = {https://joh.ut.ac.ir/article_10390.html}, eprint = {https://joh.ut.ac.ir/article_10390_0e285301bc4631d36f25a035dba4367d.pdf} }
